marketers would say the journey was easy, but marketers f*cking lie, so let’s stick to facts. andrew’s made all the mistakes you haven’t even thought of yet.
a few years ago i was glued to my office chair 18 hours a day, 7 days per week.
my brain was fried like an egg on an american diner’s hotplate.
the list goes on… and none of it was pretty…

as i hurtled towards burnout, the only reason my business stayed intact was pure grit.
although my mind and body desperately needed a day off work (more like a month)…
unhappy clients.
lost profit.
and if i took a week off, it would have taken a month just to get back to the same spot.
i was a prisoner in my own business.
if you’ve watched the 6 pillars to exyt™ training, you’ll notice i had zero pillars installed.
fact is, trying to do everything at once turns you into a ticking time bomb waiting to explode.
i was close to the edge… but before the clock hit zero, i had an idea.
if i could isolate the issues directly that were causing the pain, i knew i could fix them.
so i mapped out all areas of the business, and categorised the areas i needed to fix.
i chunked the problems into pillars, and systematically worked through them one by one…
i slayed each and every one of them like the fire-breathing dragon they once were.
and it worked. it f*cking worked. so much so… i had so much profit and time every single month to do what i wanted with, i had to rethink who i was and how i wanted to shape my days, and my life.
100% true ^^^
(quality problem, i know)…
that’s why i called them the 6 pillars to exyt™, because they’re the exact 6 pillars that helped me exyt…
and since starting exyt™, they’ve now helped over 173 founders and owners do the same in the last 12 months.
in fact, i prided myself on it. it was my identity.
i dropped out of school at 15 to become a plumber.
…and started my first 8 figure business at 23…
i always worked ‘harder than the next guy’.
and after connecting with high-end execs in the big leagues… barclays bank became a client, so did super rugby, rabobank, nrl, as did fitness first and a handful of others you’d know by name and reputation…
even though my grit made me (and others) millions and millions and millions of dollars…
working 18 hours a day till i die?
screw that.
especially with my baby girls and the wife in the picture.
so i made a decision.
to quit being the glue holding everything together…
…and create an automated dough maker that propels forward without me babysitting it.
installing the 6 pillars allows me to:
spend real time with my family (and be present when i’m there)
pursue goals outside business (exercise, training, personal growth)
book long arse holidays and return to an empty inbox, happy team and soaring profits
you can, but you must be ready to change.
if you wanna:
you need an exyt plan™.
cause nothin’ else but an exyt plan™ will get this lifestyle.
you know it deep in your heart.
